Szczep Burza

Guide and Scout Group “Burza” (which means “the storm”) consists of four troops, which cooperate, help each other and have fun together. Our members are of different age. The youngest are girl scouts – 178 Warszawska Drużyna Harcerek “Ognisty Krąg” (178 Warsaw Girl Scout Troop; 9-12 years; girls only) and scouts 174 Warszawska Drużyna Harcerzy “Wilki” (174 Warsaw Scout Troop; 9-12 years; boys only); then there is 174 Próbna Warszawska Drużyna Starszoharcerska "Teina" (174 Warsaw Scout Troop; 13-15 years, coeducational). The oldest are rovers and rangers – 151 Warszawska Drużyna Wędrownicza “A co może pójść źle?” (151 Warsaw Rover and Ranger Unit; 16-21 years, coeducational). During the year each troop has its own programm, depending on the age and interests of the members. Sometimes we meet together to do different things like playing games, singing songs, going for a bivouac, learning new things etc.. During summer holidays we go together for a camp (except for the rovers usually, who travel further away and don’t stay for a longer time at one place). Normally we set a camp somewhere in a forest near a lake and far from the city. We are always happy to meet scouts from other countries, exchange ideas, learn from each other and have fun together.
